Nurses, you deserve a medal in our minds. Your job is not for the weak of minds or hearts. The outside world may take for granted all of your hard work and dedication, but we certainly do not.
The countless hours, blood, sweat and tears that make up your shifts are difficult to imagine. Many demands come your way; whether, it is from the physician, patient, family members or RN Manager and you handle it with grace. Your job is not an easy one, when mental and physical exhaustion sets in, know that we are cheering you on!
