Especially as first time travelers, we couldn't have asked for a better recruiter. As a traveling couple in complete opposite specialities, we have not made it easy on her. However, we have never felt pressured, rushed, like we're a burden for all our questions, or that we couldn't reach out to her for anything! Real icing on the cake is I feel like she cares about us as people, not just another client number. One example was when my husband and I were very sick during our first assignment, she sent tea and a card in the mail to help us feel better. Kaela made switching over to PRN hassel free. When/If I had questions/concerns Kaela knew the answer and if not, she got an answer back to me in less than 24 hours. With other agencies it can take 48-72 hours. Kaela is also very flexible with my schedule!! I would work with her again if I need to.
