Job Description

An Allied Health Occupational Therapist is responsible for taking care of patients with disabilities. They help patients of all ages who have been dealing with complications since birth, or recently disabled patients due to an accident or illness.


As an Occupational Therapist your duties include:

  • Aid patients accomplish daily tasks and work.

  • Give feedback on ways to change their environment to better fit their needs.

  • Devise and implement a rehabilitation plan with the patient and constantly {oversee|assess|analyze|monitor| their progress.

  • Mentor the patient and their families on varying ways to deal with and improve their current disabilities or complications


One year of experience as an Allied Health Occupational Therapist within the past two years.

  • Current Nursing License in good standing.

  • Up to date Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.

  • Negative Drug Screen.
