Washington has the largest temperate rainforests in North America, Quinault and Hoh forests, also known for their record setting trees and giant slugs. These magical forests, located in Olympic National Park, are almost beyond description.

Peak whale watching is from May through September. You can catch a whale watching cruise or watch from land at Lime Kiln Point State Park. Whale watching is just one way to enjoy Washington's Pacific Coast--Washington has over 3,000 miles of saltwater coastline for you to explore.

Washington has two mountain ranges for you to enjoy. The Olympic Mountains on the Olympic Peninsula and the Cascade Range which stretch south to include the Columbia River Gorge.

LPN, RNM/SIlwaco, WA

The Med/Surg Licensed Practical Nurse works under the management of a doctor and a RN helping patients before and after medical procedures. Med/Surg LVNs main job is to make sure the safety and comfort of the patient.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the patient's pain and care for any wounds or infections.
  • Documenting the patient's health before and after operations.
  • Working with the RN in caring for multiple patients simultaneously.

Requirements

One year of experience as a Med/Surg Licensed Vocational Nurse within the past two years.
Current Nursing License in good standing.
Current BLS from American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
