Health Insurance
Health insurance is available to eligible employees through Anthem BlueCross BlueShield and there are multiple plan options available to fit your healthcare needs. Additionally, Anthem offers Health and Wellness benefits and 24/7 care by video with virtual visits!
Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental. This supports preventive dental care, basic dental care, and major or orthodontic services.

Vision Insurance

Delta Dental Vision provides our employees with comprehensive vision coverage. Our vision insurance provides significant cost savings, a broad and diverse provider network (including both retail and private practice locations), and freedom of choice on eyewear.

Life Insurance

Life insurance policies are available through Mutual of Omaha. Eligible employees receive a $25,000 basic life insurance plan at no cost to them, for the period of time they’re employed with us. They’ll also have the opportunity for voluntary life insurance when eligible, along with spouse and dependent coverage.

401k Plan

Our 401k plan is available after 6 consecutive months of employment, with a minimum of 500 hours worked. Enrollment dates are quarterly (Jan. Apr. July & Oct.). We also provide a matching contribution equal to a percentage of your salary deferrals, after 1 year of employment, with 1,000 hours worked.

FMLA

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a federal labor law in the United States that allows eligible employees to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave in a 12-month period for specific family and medical reasons, such as the birth or adoption of a child, caring for a seriously ill family member, or dealing with the employee’s own serious health condition.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

You have the option of an HSA. This allows you to contribute funds on a pre-tax basis, which you may use to pay for eligible medical, prescription, dental, or vision expenses.

Employee Assistance Program

Be courageous enough to ask for help when you or your family needs it! We offer a free employee assistance program (EAP). This is available to all employees and immediate family members. This program encompasses a wide array of resources for you like free short-term counseling, legal advice, financial advice, and toolkits to cope with grief and loss, stress, mental health, family and marital issues, job site conflicts, substance abuse, and much more! Referral Bonus

We want to add your friends to our family! For each RN, LPN or Tech that you refer to us, you will receive $2 per hour (up to 250 hours) for every hour they work – even if you don’t work! Contract Extension Bonus

We love when our nurses continue working with us! You could be eligible for an extension bonus when you take another assignment with us. This bonus is paid after the employee has completed two weeks in the new assignment. This is a great way to earn extra income just by staying with us!

Travel Housing

We want you to feel at home even if you are on a travel assignment thousands of miles away. We will provide you with a stipend to cover your housing expense.

Continuing Education

PRN Healthcare offers Continuing Education Units (CEU), which help with certain certifications and license renewals.

Pet Insurance

Our pets are a big part of our families. Similar to health insurance for you and your family, pet insurance is medical coverage for dogs and cats. This covers the costs of unexpected visits to the vet for your furry friend.
