Access to Coverage
Our health, dental, vision and life insurance plans share the same eligibility criteria. An employee is eligible to participate in the insurance if they are committed to work at least 130 hours per month. Employees are eligible for insurance from the first day worked to the last day worked, with a qualifying event or during open enrollment.
Health Insurance

Health insurance is available to our eligible employees through Arise Health Plan. There are multiple plan options available to fit your current health care needs. Value and security, health and wellness, plus service without compromise, serves as the foundation of the Arise Health plans.

Life Insurance

We want to help protect what’s important to you. Our group life insurance policies are available through UNUM. Benefit eligible employees will receive a $25,000 basic life insurance plan at no cost to them for the period of time of which they are employed. Eligible employees will also have the opportunity to enroll in voluntary life insurance with a guarantee issue of $100,000 upon hire. Spouse and dependent coverage is also offered.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental of WI. This supports preventive, basic, major and orthodontic services.

Vision Insurance

EyeMed Vision Care provides our employees with comprehensive vision coverage. Members receive access to the brands they want and can find a nearby eye doctor and schedule an appointment in seconds using the vision industry’s first mobile app for members. You can also see your full listing of benefits, manage your claims and get special member-only discounts.

401k Plan

This benefit is available the first enrollment date after completion of six consecutive months of employment, during which a minimum of 500 hours is performed. Enrollment dates are quarterly (January, April, July, October). Nurses PRN may provide a discretionary matching contribution equal to a uniform percentage of your salary deferrals after one year of employment during which 1000 hours is performed.

Housing for Traveling Nurses

We at Nurses PRN want you to feel at home even if you are on a travel assignment thousands of miles away from where you normally live. We have a dedicated housing specialist who will work with you to find your home away from home. Nurses PRN will provide private housing during your contract, but if you choose to secure your own housing, we will provide a stipend to cover the expense.

Contract Renewal Bonus

We at Nurses PRN love when our nurses continue working with us, and we want to show them our appreciation! We offer a contract renewal bonus when an employee takes another assignment with Nurses PRN. This bonus is paid after the employee has completed two weeks in the new assignment. This is a great way to earn extra income just by staying with us!

Referral Bonus
