Job Description

NICU Nurses provides care for newborns that require specialized care. Additionally NICU Registered Nurses provide 24 hour care to their little patients and they offer assistance to parents. Neonatal ICU Nurses work as a member of a large team of physicians and nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities

As a Neonatal nurse responsibilities include:
  • Mindfully oversee newborns advising physicians of changes.
  • Assist in developing and executing a plan of care.

Requirements

One year of experience as a NICU RN within the past two years.
  • Current RN License in good standing.
  • Up to date Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
