Job Description

Neonatal ICU Nurses work with newborns that require specialized care. Additionally Neonatal ICU Nurses provide 24 hour care to these little patients and they offer guidance to parents. Neonatal ICU Registered Nurses work as a member of a large team of doctors and nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities

As a Neonatal ICU nurse responsibilities consist of:
  • Mindfully oversee infants advising doctors of changes.
  • Assist with developing and executing a care plan.

Requirements

One year of experience as a NICU RN within the past two years.
  • Active RN License in good standing.
  • Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
