Job Description

NICU Registered Nurses provides care for infants that require specialized treatment. Additionally NICU Nurses provide care 24 hours a day to their little patients and they offer support to parents. NICU Registered Nurses work as a member of a large team of doctors and nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities

As a Neonatal ICU nurse duties include:
  • Mindfully monitor infants advising physicians of changes.
  • Assist with developing and implementing a plan of care.

Requirements

One year of experience as a NICU Registered Nurse within the past two years.
  • Current Nursing License in good standing.
  • Current BLS through American Heart Association.
  • Negative Drug Screen.
