Job Description

NICU Nurses provides care for infants that require specialized care. Additionally Neonatal ICU Registered Nurses provide care 24 hours a day to these little patients and they offer support to parents. NICU Registered Nurses work as a member of a large team of physicians and nurse practitioners.


As a Neonatal ICU nurse duties include:

  • Closely monitor newborns reporting physicians and other healthcare professionals of changes.

  • Assist with creating and implementing a care plan.


One year of experience as a NICU Nurse within the past two years.

  • Current RN License in good standing.

  • Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
