RNIMCU

An ICRN is responsible for the care of patients with non-critical, but usually severe problems who need advanced assessment and intensive therapies.

Responsibilities

As an Intermediate Care RN some of your duties consist of:
  • First patient assessment.
  • Create custom care plan based on the condition of the patient.
  • Assisting the medical staff to perform medication treatments.
  • On-going assessments as needed based on the condition of the patient.
  • Log all patient assessment findings, responses to treatments and the patient's general progress.
  • Report all patient information to the appropriate teams at the end of each shift.

Requirements

One year of experience as an Intermediate Care Registered Nurse within the past two years.
  • Active RN License in good standing.
  • Current BLS through American Heart Association.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
