The CNA hospital nursing assistant will be responsible for offering personal healthcare for patients that need assistance with their day to day tasks. CNA hospital nursing assistant will have extensive, daily interaction with patients so it is important for them to keep track of progress and report to the nurse supervisor or doctors.
As a CNA hospital nursing assistant your duties consist of:
- Helping the patient with eating, bathing, dressing, going to the bathroom and walking.
- Checking the patient’s vital signs, along with food and liquid intake on a daily basis.
- Observing patient?s condition and help them perform different range-of-motion activities that will improve their mobility.
One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant Hospital Nursing Assistant within the past two years.
- Active License in good standing.
- Up to date Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
- Negative Drug Screen.
