The CNA hospital nursing assistant is responsible for offering personal healthcare for patients that must have help with their day to day activities. CNA hospital nursing assistant will have extensive, daily interaction with patients so it is important for them to document progress and report to the nurse supervisor or doctors.


As a Certified Nursing Assistant hospital nursing assistant your responsibilities consist of:
  • Aiding the patient with eating, taking baths, dressing, going to the bathroom and walking.
  • Tracking the patient's vital signs, along with food and liquid intake on a scheduled basis.
  • Observing patient?s condition and help them complete different range-of-motion activities that can increase their mobility.


One year of experience as a CNA Hospital Nursing Assistant within the past two years.
  • Active License in good standing.
  • Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
