The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for taking care of patients of all ages with heart and lung complications. The Respiratory Therapist will frequently apply scientific principles to their evaluation processes in order to adequately diagnose and treat patients.

Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist your responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating patient's current health condition, diagnose and log progress made by treatment.
  • Administering treatments and medications with the guidance of physicians and surgeons.
  • Performing needed respiratory exams and monitoring any equipment related to the patient's treatment

Requirements

One year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist within the past two years.
  • Current RN License in good standing.
  • Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
  • Negative Drug Screen.
