Job Description

A Physical Therapist is responsible for helping injured or ill patients by improving their mobility and relieving any physical pain they are dealing with. Physical Therapists work with other members of the health care team to provide the best over-all care for the patient to help them attain highest recovery potential.

Responsibilities

As an Allied Health Physical Therapist your duties include:
  • Evaluating the patient’s strength level, mobility and balance.
  • Develop a rehabilitation plan to improve disabilities or impairments, and work past limitations.
  • Assisting with different exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles, and show the patient exercises that they can do at home.

Requirements

One year of experience as a Physical Therapist within the past two years.
  • Active Nursing License in good standing.
  • Up to date BLS from American Heart Association.
  • Negative Drug Screen.
