Job Description

The OR Technician is responsible for working with surgeons in the OR. An Operating Room Technician will prepare the patient and room for their operation and ensure all medical equipment is sterilized and operational.ResponsibilitiesAs an Allied Health Operating Room Technician your duties consist of:

Monitoring the health of the patient before, during and after the operation.
Predicting and providing supplies and instruments to surgeons during operation.
Conserving any items needed for lab examinations.
RequirementsOne year of experience as an OR Technician within the past two years.

Current Nursing License in good standing.
Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
