Under the direction of the Regional Manager and/or President, the Branch Manager has responsibility for all branch office operations. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: building sales and operating income through market development; maintaining gross profit margins; expense control, client service, and office management. Office management includes internal staff and field staff supervision, recruiting, staffing, quality assurance, and setting goals and expectations for office staff. Although many duties may be delegated, the responsibility remains with the Branch Manager.
- College degree or five years of experience in office operations
- Two years hands on supervisory experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer literacy
- Organized work habits
- Successful time management practices
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work successfully with others in the workplace
